Barnmore Demolition & Civil Engineering Ltd has been one of the leading advocates of recycling, reuse and waste separation of demolition materials. We are an ISO 14001 certified company and are committed to minimising the impact of our activities on the environment. Waste is a by-product of any construction site and a core concern of the Construction Industry, as it is a large contributor to national waste streams. We believe that as part of our site waste management, we can contribute to assisting clients in meeting the policy objectives of the circular economy
We develop collaborative, project specific environmental and waste plans with the aim of maximising the amount of material from a site that can be saved/reused/recycled from demolition/civil engineering works. All materials are segregated at source into waste streams to maximise the amount that can be recycled. This approach is underpinned by a clear traceability through both paper and digital waste log system which tracks all material leaving site whether to landfill or for further use or recycling.
